App Design & Delivery Process

Focussing on users’ experience to design & deliver better solutions

Sublime designs mobile applications and digital solutions for businesses in user-centred and iterative ways. This helps teams to start small and learn fast, and to create services that can be delivered quickly and to save money by reducing service failure.

The Sublime design and delivery process has 4 stages:

1. Discover

Start mapping the broader business landscape, researching the real needs and problems faced by your staff and consumers, and understanding their intent and the technology constraints.

2. Alpha

Test your hypotheses by building prototypes in code to explore different ways you might be able to meet your users’ needs. Explore multiple ideas. Do user research to learn which approach works best and iterate your solution as you learn more.

3. Beta

Define a minimum viable product from the successful prototype in Alpha. Build this as an accessible and secure service. Allow the public to trial the beta alongside the existing service. Use their feedback to improve the service.

4. Live

Put the required team and processes in place to continue operating and improving the application. Phasing out the o ld systems, and consolidating existing non‑digital processes.

Customer Experience = Customer Loyalty

Your best opportunity for business growth may be right under your nose.

"80% of my business comes from 20% of my customers. How can I make sure that I retain the 1 in 5 who keep my business going?"

There are a lot of ways to measure customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty, but nothing does it like a great loyalty program.

  • It costs 5-10X more to acquire a new customer than it does to sell to an existing one.

  • Your best opportunity for business growth may be right under your nose.

  • Showing your customers that you care can dramatically increase customer satisfaction - and that can mean greater loyalty and greater sales.

Discover why "It is 7 times easier to sell to existing customers."
